The charity delivers personal development programmes for children, young people and adults to promote their self-confidence and well-being.
Although the charity is comparatively small, it has a great brand and huge ambition. There are a considerable number of opportunities in the pipeline that need to be converted into long-term partnerships and these rest with large corporates as well as trusts and foundations. In time a major individual donor programme can be established but first things first. The primacy is for a relationship approach to fundraising that leads to long-term partnerships and multiple gifts.
The number of opportunities that exist right now means that an interim appointment would be considered if it means a January start (where did 2018 go?).
