Our client's organisation supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. Every year they train more than 10,000 professionals, helping them to better understand and meet the needs of grieving families.

Title: Regional Fundraising Assistant
Based: Head Office, Saunderton/High Wycombe area
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: Circa £24k dependant on experience

In the UK, when a baby or child dies or a child is bereaved, many of those affected are unable to access good quality support which meets their individual needs. Our client believes all families should have the support they need to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. Their aim is to make sure they do.

The Regional Fundraising Assistant is responsible for providing first-class support to the regional fundraising team to help increase community engagement; grow and diversify the regional fundraising supporter base and associated income to agreed targets; and deliver outstanding supporter care. You will also be responsible for coordinating and developing relationships with a number of regional fundraising supporters; coordinating local fundraising events and volunteers; and providing support for regional fundraising appeals.

You will be highly personable, with excellent communication and supporter care skills. A high level of personal organisational is required, with the ability to simultaneously work effectively across a variety of activities and deadlines.
