Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with London Business School to source an Associate Director, Major Gifts for a maternity cover contract. The Associate Director, Major Gifts will lead a strong and successful team of high-level relationship fundraisers during an exciting time of income growth and development.

As part of the wider Advancement Team, The Associate Director, Major Gifts will lead the Major Gifts Team, comprising of 6 members of Development staff including 4 Senior Development direct reports. Key responsibilities will include maintaining a small portfolio of key relationships, supporting the team, and driving financial targets.

The successful candidate will have a successful track record in securing 6+ figure gifts and leading relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals within the beyond profit sector. London Business School is looking for an experienced leader with strong skills in performance management including metrics and KPIs. The post holder will ideally have experience leading a high performing fundraising/development team within the higher education, arts and culture, or possibly the charity sector.

London Business School is looking for someone to support, lead and drive the team during this maternity contract period (starting in 2019), however there is potential to be integrated into the team beyond the initial contract. The start date for this position is currently flexible.
