Description

  • Support the creation of the organisation's marketing strategy, including on brand and reputation
  • Plan, implement, manage and monitor targeted and segmented multi-channel campaigns and projects to promote partners' products and services to members, including membership retention campaigns
  • Manage support in the head office for regional promotional activity, including regional promotional events, and content/website promotion
  • Plan, implement and monitor campaigns related to the organisation's Awards activity
  • Oversee content production and promotion across channels including technical and policy literature
  • Plan, implement and monitor promotional campaigns for the organisation's commercial products
  • Create and effectively disseminate digital content (e.g. graphics, videos) across various channels including email marketing and social media
  • Report on campaign performance - sharing results and recommending ways to improve future performance
  • Working with other functions of the marketing team to promote other organisational services as required
  • Assist the Marketing Manager as required, including attendance at events (sometimes regional)

Profile

Essential

  • Experience with planning and executing marketing campaigns across a range of channels including web, social media, email, etc, using marketing tools
  • Driven and proactive approach to work - making things happen and driving projects through to completion
  • Creative - thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas to the table, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
  • Strong writing skills with experience of writing engaging copy for a variety of mediums
  • Proven time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation
  • Proven experience in developing relationships with external organisations and stakeholders
  • An enthusiastic team-player with a can do attitude
  • Prepared to travel within UK as required

Desirable

  • Previous membership/association experience would be advantageous
  • A degree in marketing or CIM diploma or equivalent

Job Offer

  • Between £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience
