Job Details
We have an exciting job opportunity for a Security and Income Protection Coordinator in our Retail Division.
As a part of our Security and Income Protection Field Team, your job will be to minimise losses caused by external crime, as well as minimising internal losses.
About the role
You'll work within a targeted group of shops, mainly located in our London, South East and East Anglia Regions, delivering a security and income protection strategy to support, influence and motivate our shop and field teams through knowledge sharing, analysis, coaching and investigation and by providing technical expertise.
You'll train, coach and mentor store and field colleagues in techniques and actions to reduce shop theft, while ensuring that all incidents are reported via our online reporting tools.
Attending burglaries in support of the field team, completing reports, liaising with police and interviewing staff will also be a part of your role, as will identifying potential fraud.
About you
With significant experience of loss prevention and track record of results, preferably within a retail or similar industry, you'll be self-motivated, flexible and confident when working remotely.
You'll have demonstrable experience of identifying loss and crime through the analysis of data and be will able to assess potential areas of cash or stock losses.
Able to network across a variety of functions, you'll also be adept at achieving resolution through coaching and interview techniques.
