Voice and Campaigns Manager

This national youth charity are looking for a creative and energetic individual to drive forward their youth voice and participation, campaigns and social action work. You will be a creative and energetic individual will work to give girls a voice on issues they care about, empower them to make change and create a vibrant movement for social change.

You will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious, high profile and creative social action and campaigns strategy and work collaboratively to lead, develop and coordinate the youth participation approach and programme of work including the voice advocacy panels.

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of developing and managing successful, high profile campaigns and communications, excellent news sense and political judgement, experience of youth or user participation and supporting social action. You ll be an outstanding communicator, a strategic and skilled project manager and able to inspire others to take action for change.
