2.Provide audience and behaviour insights, analyse campaign data and report back to internal teams to use for planning future income generating activity.
3.Identify marketing funnel drop offs, analyse the results of campaigns and working with the Product Owners to generate successful hypothesis based on previous learnings and observed user behaviour.
4.Ensure all the fundraising teams web content is relevant to audiences and optimised to increase conversions. Demonstrating value of onsite optimisation with Google Analytics and other tools, providing a view of user journeys on our website.
5.Work cross functionally to create and deliver multi-channel acquisition and engagement plans to generate income.
6.Work closely with the UX & UI designer to ensure UX best practices are implemented and user testing and feedback is utilised where applicable.
