This is an exciting time for a senior health or social care professional to join them, as they are a Jewish charity with a vision for growth and a strong sense of values. They are looking for a Head of Supported Living/Registered Manager to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, where there is huge opportunity to make a real difference to the charity and their continued success.  The role is primarily based in Prestwich, Manchester; however regular travel will be required around the Greater Manchester area.

The role:
The post holder will report to the Director of Operations and will develop, lead and grow their Supported Living services for people with learning disabilities across Manchester.

The post holder will be the Registered Manager for their Supported living in Manchester. This role is also responsible for managing the Senior Support Team to drive quality assurance within the Manchester region to ensure regulatory and legal compliance of their services.

Experience & Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will need to have a professional health or social work qualification. With experience in the health and social care field preferably in a learning disabilities setting, you will also have a successful track record of leadership at a senior level within an organisation of comparable scope, size and complexity.

Package:
The position is offering a salary of between £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience, plus pension scheme with 5% employer contribution, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance and other benefits.
