Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Officer

Pop star, astronaut, ninja. So, you might not be doing the job you wanted when you were young, but being a brand and marketing communications genius to help young lives against cancer could be the next best thing.

Their communication teams have big ambitions, which means being braver and more creative than ever before. As a result, they’re expanding, and they need great people to help achieve those ambitions.

You'll play a key role in a small team of creative legends, working closely with colleagues across the charity to provide brand and marketing communications expertise. You'll support them by developing a range of online and offline content to promote the amazing work of the charity and help their people live the brand.

Position: Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Officer
Location: Bristol or London

About the role:

Their teams boast a range of skills, but no-one boasts about it. You may be great at turning out compelling copy for different audiences, or be able to demonstrate how to get the best out of digital marketing. You may know what it takes to plan multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, or be great at managing your internal stakeholders. They don't expect you to be an expert in all these areas (not yet, anyway) but they do expect you to take great pride in your work, display a positive attitude and high levels of creativity as standard, and be a great ambassador for their brand across the organisation. Most important of all is a passion for their fight for young lives against cancer.

About you:

They like to think there'll be a stampede for this fantastic job, so they reserve the right to close the advert early to make sure they're not still shortlisting in March.

They're always looking for talented people from all backgrounds, to join us and help improve the lives of children and young people with cancer and their families. They particularly want to encourage people from under-represented groups to step forward and apply to work or volunteer with them.

Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.

You may have experience of the following: Brand and Marketing Communications Manager, Brand Manager, Brand Management, Marketing Communications Manager, Communications and Marketing Manager, Third Sector, Charity, Not for Profit, Stakeholder Engagement, Marcomms, Brand Marketing, Marketing Manager, etc.
