Brand and Marketing Communications Manager

Leading a small team of creative legends, you'll partner with departments across the charity with brand and marketing communications expertise, developing a range of online and offline content to promote the amazing work of the charity and help their people live the brand.
Position: Brand and Marketing Communications Manager
Location: London - Office

Hours: 35 hours per Theyek
Salary: £40,000 per annum

About the role:
You'll have experience of leading a comms, marketing or brand team, and be able to demonstrate how you made them a success.
About you:
You'll boast a range of skills, but not boast about it. You'll have experience of managing campaigns, with a range of aims from increasing participation at events to pure fundraising asks. You'll be able to write compelling copy for different audiences, maximise digital channels for marketing activity, and understand how to immerse a brand across teams with different needs. You'll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and push the boundaries to achieve creative solutions while basing your decisions on sound evidence.
You will set yourself extremely high standards and be an expert in taking your colleagues - both in your team and across the charity - with you. Most important of all is a passion for your work and for their fight for young lives against cancer.
They like to think there'll be a stampede for this fantastic job, so they reserve the right to close the advert early to make sure they're not still shortlisting in March.
