Stonewall’s success at securing rights for lesbian, gay, bi and trans (LGBT) people in the UK has given us a platform for creating change in countries where LGBT people face discrimination and inequality. Our partnerships with multi-national employers and employment-related institutions are a key part of this, as they help us embed inclusive work practices in their offices and forge links with local activists to create change in wider society.

As Head of Global Partnerships, you’ll assume responsibility for supporting the strategic planning, business development and delivery of these partnerships, and co-manage the delivery and development of the Global Workplace Equality Index, the leading benchmarking tool for inclusive and diverse employers.

You’ll lead the development, implementation and monitoring of Stonewall’s Global Founding Partners programme, keeping a strong commercial focus by setting and controlling budgets and developing new and existing income streams.

Collaborating with our advocacy, campaigns and programmes team, you’ll evaluate the impact of our international partnerships, develop and deliver sector-specific personal and professional development programmes, and help imbue an international perspective across Stonewall’s operations.

Experienced at progressing human rights in the private or public sector at a national or international level, you’ll have proven ability at devising, implementing and monitoring international strategies, programmes and partnerships.

Your financial acumen and commercial focus should demonstrate experience of creating and sustaining income streams, managing budgets and financial reporting. An effective and experienced manager, you’ll be adept at building good relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be comfortable representing Stonewall at a senior level and with the media.

If you’re looking for a diverse and engaging opportunity to use your skills and experience to bring about real change all around the world, please complete and return an application form by 9.30am Monday 17th December 2018. Interviews will follow on the 10/11th January 2019.
