Position: Assistant Retail Manager
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £21,500 to £22,500 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits
Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a 15% employer contribution pension scheme (with the option for flexibility - to increase contributions or draw down as salary), lunch provided, with training and development, as well as a range of recreational facilities.

Helping to lead the front-line team, you'll make sure they are ready to meet the day's demands, offering an outstanding service to every customer who comes through the door.
Every day, you'll engage with them on the shop floor, co-ordinate roles and be the first port of call for any queries.
You'll motivate and guide your team, monitor their progress and support ongoing personal development, inspiring them to deliver their very best and achieve challenging sales targets.
You'll also oversee the day-to-day operations at their various shops, from stock movement and security, to displays and promotions, as well as helping to optimize sales.
It's a busy environment and no two days will be the same. But whether you're running through opening checks ahead of a busy day, or recruiting new talent for your team, you'll be the driving force behind a truly memorable customer experience.

You'll already have retail experience and have lead a team in a busy, sales focused environment.
You're an outstanding team player who is confident communicating with all kinds of people and enjoys getting the best out of them.
Cool and calm under pressure, you can be relied upon to work flexibly and effectively even when deadlines are challenging.
Along with an organised approach and excellent numeracy and IT skills, you'll be able to manage and adapt to a varied workload.
