Our finance team are based at our head office in Cheadle. This newly created finance business partner role will support operational performance and decision making across all Together Trust services. And, through developing insightful analysis of operations, inform decision making.

As finance business partner you will….

Be responsible for building strong and productive partnering relationships with heads of services and their teams, bridging the gap between finance and operations. You will ensure that budget holders are engaged with financial processes and have a thorough understanding of their budgets and support service improvement projects. You will have a keen interest in improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.

The role can accommodate part-time or flexible working.

About you

An established finance professional, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will have a proven track record of supporting business operations by providing knowledge and insight into operational financial performance. You will be intellectually curious, challenging and approachable professional and confident with excellent communication skills. You have the know-how to develop strong working relationships and effectively discuss financial matters with non-financial staff. You will be highly analytical and have a high level of attention to detail.
