Marketing: To deploy the full range of marketing tools and channels (digital, social and traditional) to generate candidate enquiries leading to successful outcomes
Measurement: To use tracking and analysis to determine the success and ROI of all marketing campaigns.
Budget Management: To track and record all marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets.
Relationships: To work closely with key stakeholders;
Communications: To ensure effective and appropriate internal and external communication across the foundation so that relevant Government policies are well understood and translated effectively into action.
-CIM or equivalent qualifcation
-Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a marketing role
- In depth knowledge of working with email platforms and social media
- IT literate - word/excel/outlook/powerpoint
-Experience of working with data and audience segmentation
- 2-3 month interim role
