ABOUT THE ROLE
The Supporter Care Administrator is a vital role which operates at the heart of Breast Cancer Care’s Fundraising & Marketing Department whilst liaising with all parts of the charity. The role is highly administrative but, as often being the first point of contact for enquiries and donations, is focused on ensuring supporters receive a first class experience when engaging with the organisation.
As part of the CRM, Supporter Stewardship & Fundraising Performance Team, the person in this role will learn about all aspects of the charity to be able to respond to supporters’ queries and offer tailored responses appropriate to the enquirer’s needs and interests.
Working as part of a high performing team with efficient processes in place, you will maintain income records for Breast Cancer Care’s fundraisers and donors ensuring they receive timely acknowledgment and appreciation of all fundraising income received.
With the ability to be highly organised, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be logical, with a natural tendency to problem solve and have a methodical and accurate approach.
