This well known employment charity are looking for a Policy and Public affairs professional to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward to supporting the charity's policy and public affairs work. You will play a crucial role in the production of evidence based policy and research work that puts the voices of their service users at its heart. You will also play a key role in the disseminating research to key parliamentarians both in Westminster and the devolved governments to change government policy for the betterment of service users.

Please note that the charity's head office is in Bromley in Kent, and this role will require 3 days working from this office a week. The other 2 days can be either working from home or their small office in Covent Garden.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in policy development
Have some experience in public affairs
Have a strong knowledge of the UK parliamentary process
A knowledge of youth policy is desirable
