Job Details
A leading community charity in central London is seeking a talented Assistant Accountant focusing on Accounts Payable. The organisation is a mixture of charitable and commercial companies, and they are at the forefront of community development in London.
-Role involves processing and matching supplier invoices, BACS payments, expenses, petty cash, aged creditor analysis and processing invoices and other financial information for a range of commercial tenants and stakeholders
-Mixture of charity and commercial experience preferred
-Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger with coding experience required
-Full understanding of accruals and prepayments
-Ability to manage complete purchase ledger process from invoice processing to BACS submission
-Process approximately 250 - 350 invoices per month - high volume experience required
-Strong Excel and experience with accounting packages required
