Head of Corporate Services

Circa £60,000 plus contributory pension

Lytham St Annes

One Fylde will be the newly created organisation from the merger of Ormerod Home Trust and Fylde Community Link in early 2019. The new organisation will be a £10m scale organisation delivering housing support and personalised services to adults and children with a learning disability across the Fylde, Blackpool and Wyre areas of Lancashire. One Fylde will aim to facilitate the best possible life experience for its service users through its creative and innovative person centred principles. Ahead of the merger we are looking to recruit a new Senior Management Team to enable a seamless integration between the two existing organisations. Alongside the Head of Corporate Services we are looking to recruit a Head of Staff Services and a Head of Care Services.

The Role

  • Responsible for providing a strategic, effective and comprehensive finance service including payroll, procurement, invoicing and general ledger.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of a property strategy including all acquisitions and assess management activity for circa 50 properties.
  • Provide strategic oversight to IT and MIS and fleet management.

The Candidate

  • Significant track record at a senior management level and proven technical competence including risk management and portfolio/asset management.
  • Motivational and inspirational leadership skills to build and manage a team of around 12 staff.
  • Strong contract management experience with statutory partners.
