Also, to develop long-term, multi-faceted relationships with Corporates with the aim of securing future funding or gifts in kind that meet the Home’s objectives.

About us

Battersea is here for every dog and cat and has been since 1860. We are a leading animal welfare charity and over the last 150 years we’ve grown from one home in London to three rescuing and rehoming centres across the South East. With c500 staff and 1000 volunteers, we have cared for over three million vulnerable animals We also campaign tirelessly to make things better for dogs and cats; sharing our expertise and educating the public and policymakers about responsible pet ownership. Join us and make a difference for every dog and cat.

Our Fundraising Team

Battersea’s multiple award-winning Fundraising department raises around 60% of the Charity’s total income. Working with colleagues across the organisation, we provide members of the public and organisations with opportunities to engage with Battersea and to support our work. Through continued investment, net fundraising income has risen from just £100,000 in 2010 to £12m in 2017, and we aim to reach a net income of £18m by 2020 to make sure Battersea can be here for every cat and dog now and in the future.

Corporate Partnerships Team

Within Philanthropy and Partnerships, sits the Corporate Partnerships team.
We explore and cultivate new and existing partnerships with companies to drive income that supports the care of our animals through sponsorship, cause related marketing and aligning strategic objectives.

What we can offer you

Our dedicated people mean that we can be here for every dog and cat. Whether you are sharing an office with our dogs or directly caring for our cats, our animals show their appreciation every day. Company

Established in 1860,  is a charity that aims never to turn away a dog or cat in need of our help.  We reunite lost dogs and cats with their owners; when we can’t do this, we care for them until new homes can be found for them; and we educate the public about responsible pet ownership. Last year we cared for over 7,000 dogs and cats. In addition to the site in South West London, the Home also has two other centres based at Old Windsor, Berkshire and Brands Hatch, Kent.
