Join us as the Senior Membership Programmes Manager and you’ll help us expand the programme - and its reach - within the private sector. Reporting to the Head of Private Sector Membership Programmes, you’ll manage a strategic portfolio of key clients, build a convincing business case for their involvement, nurture strong and productive relationships with them and ensure they participate in our other programmes, events and campaigns. The programme is a key source of income, so you’ll help set objectives and targets, ensuring they’re achieved within budget and give your manager accurate and timely progress reports. As well as providing day-to-day client services, you’ll lead on the rollout of a UK webinar series and develop and launch an engagement programme for Small and Medium Enterprises.

If you’ve a successful track record in a goal-orientated and commercial environment and have proven experience in both strategy development and operational programme management, this busy and varied role will give you plenty of scope to expand your skills. An able and experienced account manager, you’ll also be able to motivate and manage a team, be comfortable delivering against financial targets, presenting in public and keeping on top of a busy workload without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.
