Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, an inspiring international development charity who empower and develop women entrepreneurs across the globe to establish, and successfully grow their own businesses. They achieve this through the delivery of their high-impact mentoring programme for women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries. At an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the Foundation, they are now looking to recruit an ambassadorial Head of Mentoring to oversee the development and delivery of their Women in Business Mentoring Programme.

As Head of Mentoring, you will lead the development and delivery of the Foundation's high-impact mentoring programme, ensuring that all programme participants, including mentors, mentees and partners, receive high quality services throughout every stage of the programme. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational delivery and budget management of the programme, and will support continued activity to build the profile of the Foundation's work with donors, partners and other stakeholders. You will work internally across the organisation to promote the sharing and integration of programmatic activities, and will work closely with the Director of Programmes to contribute to development strategy.

To apply for this role you will have significant experience of working on the delivery of high-impact, large volume mentoring schemes, preferably within an international development or business context. You will possess a good knowledge and understanding of issues related to women's economic empowerment, and more broadly on issues around gender and development. You will have extensive experience of managing teams, developing staff members, monitoring and evaluating, and setting strategies at a programmatic level. An in-depth, up to date knowledge of how technology can support global service delivery is desirable, as is previous experience of developing networks to support engagement and retention. Overall, you will be a strong, forward-thinking leader, passionate about ensuring the delivery of high quality, impactful mentoring programmes.
