TPP Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a leading and national health charity for a Head of Community and Events. The role is permanent, paying £50,692 to £55,866 and is based in North London*.

The role will involve managing a wide portfolio of challenge and bespoke events. Additionally, there will be a strategic focus on community fundraising from grassroots level. The post covers two teams, which includes Community Fundraisers that are home-based across England and eight Community and Events colleagues based at head office. You will also manage three Community and Event Managers.

To be successful in this role you will have sound people management skills. You will have significant experience of delivering mass participation events. You will be experienced in providing support to networks of volunteers to raise income. Finally, you will have demonstrable experience of financial and budgetary management.

*Some flexible working will be considered e.g. one day WFH a week, after passing probation. You will also benefit from flexitime.
