A well known NHS Foundation Trust

Description

The key responsibilities of this Events Manager will be:

  • Lead on planning, developing, managing and implementing all events

  • To contribute and support the Education programme working with the marketing team

  • Manage timings an budgets for all events to ensure they run according to plan

  • Working in partnership with the PR and Communications team

  • Manage and lead on the annual Staff Awards Ceremony

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the Trust's yearly internal events

  • Keep up to date knowledge on venues in the surrounding areas

Profile

Our client is really open to candiadtes from an education or membership background.

The person specification for this Events Manager will be:

  • Experience within a marketing and communications role

  • Experience within the not for profit sector is desirable, if not a strong desire to work for a charity is essential

  • Excellent time management

  • Event experience is necessary

  • Excellent communication skills
