Job Details

Gradunique, a finalist for Graduate Scheme of the Year in 2017 and 2018, brings together
two of the UK’s leading organisations to deliver a truly unique two year graduate programme
for aspiring leaders.

Gradunique offers the opportunity to experience a range of functions and departments via
four six-month placements. Where Gradunique differs from other graduate programmes is
that these placements take place across two major national charities.

You will work in a variety of teams across each organisation. These could include areas
such as income generation, campaigning and influencing, or business strategy and support
services. You’ll be assigned a range of short and long term projects, taking ownership on
some, supporting on others.

Throughout your time on the programme, you’ll be fully supported, with a clear development
programme. In addition to learning on the job, you will have a mentor and will attend
quarterly action learning style events with your fellow graduate peers. You will also attend
more formal learning events such as face-to-face workshops and have opportunities to play
an active role in high profile events to grow your skills, knowledge and networks. At the
conclusion of the two year programme, we hope you will choose to continue your career with
one of the sponsoring organisations.

The programme isn’t a theoretical training exercise: you will be expected to make a real
impact on major national projects across the organisations whilst you’re developing your
communication, team working, leadership and project management skills.

We’re seeking outstanding, talented and ambitious graduates to join us for this fantastic
partnership. In addition to your 2(1) or better degree, you’ll be self-motivated, team-oriented,
possess a hunger to learn and an appetite for real responsibility.

In the UK today 2.5 million people are living with cancer and 7 million people are living with
cardiovascular disease. Do you want to work in a world where what you do supports the
people affected and helps drive ground breaking research?

If so, apply now!

Applications must be received no later than midnight on Sunday, 13th January 2019.
