Helping Hands Caseworker

This project delivers support to clients of the Helping Hands in Hardship project across Telford & Wrekin area in conjunction with partner organisations. The post holder will provide financial crisis support. 

We are looking for someone with advice skills, experience in providing financial crisis support to vulnerable clients, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £23,111 pa

Employer’s Pension Contribution: 6%

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer                                                                  

The Deadline for applications is 9am on Wednesday 12^th December. We expect to short-list that day and contact people about their interview time by the end of the day. The interviews are likely to be on Monday 17^th and Tuesday 18^th December (Please let us know if you cannot make either of those two days as we can be flexible for short-listed candidates.) The start date will be in January 2019.
