We are looking for an outstanding person to recruit to a Principal Policy Manager role in our energy policy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the big issues facing people across Great Britain today, joining a team with a track record of achieving change.

You will lead a research programme, working closely with colleagues in our data, public affairs, campaigns and media teams to maximise impact for our clients. The role will lead either a programme of work focussing on supplier performance and monitoring or on energy retail markets policy.

You’ll work across policy areas and support junior members of the team to reach their potential. Our strong brand will give you unique opportunities to engage with those who have the power to make change. You’ll influence regulators, industry, civil servants, Assembly Members, MPs, on behalf of the people who rely on us.

We are looking for people with a wide range of skills, from exceptional judgement and excellent stakeholder management to the personal authority required to be a leader in a large organisation.
