Position: Office Manager
Location: Based in our Gateshead office, covering North East and Yorkshire area
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Maternity Cover until 29 February 2020
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: circa £23,000 per annum

About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the North East and Yorkshire area based at Gateshead.
Reporting to the management team, the Office Manager will provide direct line management of Administration posts within the Zone, ensuring tasks are appropriately allocated on a day to day basis for the efficient running of reception, the office and support functions for the designated Zone.
You will provide support to the Stroke Support Director, Heads of Stroke Support and Support Managers. Providing secretarial and administrative support, aiding report production and supporting project related activities. The post holder will have an aptitude for processing large amounts of information quickly and must possess some statistical and budget management skills.
With a willingness to undertake all necessary training to do the job, you will assist in the induction and training of new staff and volunteers as required.
About you:
Applicants are likely to have experience in office management. You must have all round flexible skills in listening, communication, organisation, IT and resourcefulness.
You may have experience of the following: Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Office Supervisor, Administration Manager, PA, Senior PA, Reception Manager, Office Management, HR etc.
