Head of Communications & Marketing

I'm recruiting a great Head of Communications & Marketing for a lovely Charity in Central London. This is fantastic opportunity that will be responsible the strategic direction of the Charity's marketing & communications.

Reporting into the Chief Executive the postholder will be responsible for an integrated multi-channel marketing, communications and PR strategy to build awareness of the fantastic work the charity is doing.

There are some really interesting projects to get involved in with the opportunity to develop a new website, refresh the marketing & comms around their supporter journeys and work on some great brand campaigns as well as managing the day to day comms and marketing.

The role has 3 reports of a Senior PR Officer, PR & Marketing Officer, Marketing Officer.

The ideal candidate will display:

• Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector, managing a communications/marketing team
• A track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of the communications mix
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
