Influencer. Change leader. Communications expert.
Do you have a strong track record of delivering impactful communications and marketing strategies? If so, we’re looking for your expertise and experience to help develop our group brand.
Recovery Focus is an expert group of charities providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence.
Between us we have a track record of more than 200 years of developing and running personalised services to support people to build a life they value.
We’re looking for an outstanding communications and marketing professional to help build our reputation and profile. As well as developing our brand, you’ll lead the communications and marketing team and provide strategic leadership to their work, including media relations and social media, public affairs, and employee engagement.
We need someone with a great track record of managing the whole mix of a communications and marketing portfolio as well as:
- A relevant degree level education, plus a qualification in journalism, marketing or public relations
- The ability to see the bigger picture and translate this into engaging content and tailored messages for different audiences
- The networking and persuasion skills it takes to secure the buy-in and support of others with a flair for managing projects across different functions
- Strong line management and budget management skills.
While working across all our group partners, the successful candidate will be employed by Richmond Fellowship who offer great benefits, including 25 days holiday per year, contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme and childcare vouchers.
If this sounds like the role for you then please apply via CV and supporting statement. For an informal chat about the job, please contact Mary Wishart, Group Director Business Development on 07920 087611.
