GLFB raises funds in support of work which eliminates isolation and ensures social, cultural and economic inclusion for blind and partially sighted people across London. This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation as they grow their fundraising team and embark on a transformational new strategy led by inspirational beyond profit sector leaders.

The Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving) will be responsible for developing and delivering a highly successful individual giving programme to increase GLFB's donor base across all channels, with a high return on investment and excellent donor care. Responsibilities will also include managing the day to day communications with the organisation's donor base and managing agencies at all stages to deliver relevant and responsible audience-led products, communications and content across multiple channels.

The selected candidate will have some experience of individual giving fundraising across multiple channels and will be able to utilise digital technology and online marketing tools. The successful candidate will be experienced in budgeting and forecasting, as well as working to target income. GLFB are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of supporter motivations and strong analytical, numerical and communications skills.
