Based near Waterloo, we are working with an organisation that supports individuals and organisations in the not-for-profit sector to improve the impact on their chosen causes.
The overall purpose of this role is to provide support to the Chief Executive and other members of the senior management team. Acting as the key point of contact, day-to-day duties will consist of diary management, organising business travel both in the UK and internationally and attending meetings as and when required, as well as ensuring the Chief Executive is prepared in advance for meetings, including preparing papers and agendas. You will have the opportunity to act as the first point of contact for the trustee board, preparing quarterly meetings. In addition, you will create PowerPoint presentations, prepare expense claims and coordinate the weekly agenda for the senior management team meetings.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to have previous experience within a PA role at Chief Executive and senior management level. The placed candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be highly proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst establishing good working relationships at all levels. Experience of communicating with high net worth individuals and private offices along with experience of using SharePoint and Salesforce is desirable.
