This well established youth charity are looking for a proactive and personable HR Advisor to join their small HR team for a minimum of 3 months. The role is based in central London and paying £15.93 per hour + holiday pay.

This important role will be helping the charity in a number of different ways. This includes dealing with Employee Relation ,disciplinary and grievance cases . Along with the above you'll be working with the area managers and the retail staff of their shops (around 180 people),ensuring strong relationships are built across all areas of the business.

The HR team consists of 4 people , including a Head of HR, HR Manager and a HR Administrator. The team is really friendly, personable and would make you feel welcome form day one.

The charity is situated in the heart of central London close to a number of excellent transport links.

The rate is competitive and you'll have the opportunity to be a core member of the team working for a fantastic charity.
