Digital Project Manager
Are you passionate about the digital world? Would you like to work for a charity focused on ending extreme poverty and hunger? They’re poised to launch a new website and are looking for a Digital Projects Manager to take forward a programme of enhancements, work across the organisation to meet digital requirements and ensure they make strategic choices based on data insight.

Location: London, Wandsworth
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £37,648 - £41,611 per annum

About the role:
They’re looking for a highly motivated multi-tasker with the ability to explain technical processes in a way that colleagues understand, no matter who they are. You will need to be able to build excellent relationships with staff and have a strong understanding of how to manage and develop websites to help organisations have greater impact.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed specifications with clients for approved projects
- Commission digital projects with external agencies, managing the tender process
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure all elements delivered as scheduled
- Provide regular reporting on your projects
- Build and sustain a good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
- Daily management and prioritisation of all support and development issues
- Regular contact with development agency on support & project progress
About you:
- 3 year’s experience of effectively managing a number of digital products and services
- Educated to degree level
- Significant digital product management experience, especially in a lean / agile environment; including: backlog creation, user stories, user journey creation and rapid prototyping
- Demonstrable experience of engaging with users and delivering UX activity, turning user insight into real actions and solutions
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively with external partners
You may have experience of the following: Digital Project Manager, Digital Product Manager, Project Manager, Project Management, Product Manager, Product Management, Customer Relationship, Insight Management, Digital Service Manager, Digital Project Coordinator, etc.
