Special Olympics GB is the largest provider of year-round, all ability, sports programme in Great Britain and supports over 10,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities on a continued basis. The programmes have a profound impact and effect on the people who participate as well as their families.

We are part of a global movement that uses sports as a platform to help athletes increase their confidence, build friendships and develop life skills through the interaction and team spirit of their sports training and competition.

The Executive Assistant is the senior administrator of the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of the work of SOGB by providing first class assistance to the CEO.  They will be responsible for day-to-day office management, general administrative tasks, facilities and membership services function.  The post holder must be able to ensure excellent customer service is provided to the charity’s internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a highly motivated, proactive and professional individual. By necessity, you will be an effective and excellent communicator who can share our passion, working independently but also as an integral part of the SOGB team.
