Job Details
We have an exciting job opportunity for a Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Clinical Development Coordinator for the South West of England to help deliver improved patient outcomes through the convening of local communities of practice, the delivery of targeted education programmes and influencing service redesign and integrated care pathways.
In this role you'll develop CVD regional intelligence and gap analysis which will in turn inform areas of greatest need whilst also continuously seek to improve patient outcomes by collaborating with local partners in your area and key teams within the BHF, ensuring best practice around CVD and that the needs of CVD patients are met.
You will also contribute to the identification, development and promotion of professional training and standards for cardiovascular disease.
About you
With experience of working in CVD healthcare you'll have a clinical registration (Nurse, Allied Health Professional). In addition, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key decision makers across health and social care to ensure we deliver the best possible service.
Please note this is a home based role covering the South West of England primarily with occasional nights away from home and weekend work as required.
