Fundraising Engagement Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Fundraising Engagement Manager, which is a homebased (Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire) role. The role is to work effectively across the regional and wider fundraising portfolio to maximise and drive income generation within the region. You will do this by building relationships and helping fundraising activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
-To hit recruitment targets and to be proactive with if you become aware of potentially hitting shortfalls.
-To maximise fundraising income and pipeline by recruiting and mobilising individual fundraisers, volunteers and groups.
-Give talks and presentations about the charity in order to gain new support, and to recruit and train volunteers and supporters to do the same.
- To identify and manage partnerships and relationships with companies, educational establishments, groups within your area.
In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Demonstrable experience within community fundraising.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent project management skills.
-Strong organisational, multi-tasking and administrative skills.
-Ability to build strong relationships.
