Blenheim is an established charity that provides support to drug and alcohol users, their family and carers. We support people to make lasting changes to their lives. We believe in people’s capacity to change. Blenheim, as part of a new tender, will be delivering the Haringey Recovery Service. The Service will be part of the integrated Haringey Treatment System. The Service will offer support for individuals to make positive, healthy changes to their lifestyle, particularly relating to their drug and alcohol use. The Service will support people to maintain their recovery by providing a range of interventions, including 1:1 keywork sessions, groupwork, family work and counselling. Coproduction will be at the heart of the service.

Blenheim are recruiting a Service Manager to provide line management and leadership for the Service.  You will have responsibility for the day to day operational management of the Service and will develop, implement, monitor and review service delivery, ensuring contractual targets are met and a high quality service is provided. You will manage three Team Leaders, and will lead in developing joint work with service users, and partnership agencies.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience of managing substance misuse services or services for people with complex needs, effective interpersonal and organisational skills, who can lead and motivate a staff team, and implement our vision for the service.
