Support Worker 

Our client is the leading national charity working exclusively to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions, and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services. 

Position: Support Workers 
Location: Lingfield, Surrey (Commutable from Horley, Crawley, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Epsom, Croydon, Horsham, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas) 
Contract type: Permanent, all year, term time only, full-time, part-time, or weekend only, various hours available. 
Salary: £8.62 to £10.18 per hour (inclusive of shift allowances - if applicable)

About the role: 

Our client is looking for caring individuals to give students the tools and opportunities they need to fulfil their potential and have the best possible quality of life. You will help to create a caring, supportive and safe atmosphere for the students where they can enjoy learning and social activities. You will work with within a team environment and will have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career. 

Roles are available within both residential houses and class room settings. 

About you: 

- Enthusiasm to interact and communicate with a range of young people with differing needs 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and a flexible attitude 
- A strong team ethic 
- Desire to undertake training and development 

Whilst we welcome applications from individuals with experience of working with children or young people, it isn't essential as we provide all Support Workers with comprehensive training.
