Senior Manager (Care Charity) 

An inspirational lead is sought to deliver our client’s vision and mission statement to their Community Partnership Services which includes: Information and Advice Service; Specialist Training Team; University Student Mentoring Team; Project Managers.

Position: Senior Manager - Community Partnership Services 
Location: Fareham, Hampshire (Commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Eastleigh, Chichester, Winchester and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: Full / Part Time 
Salary: £40000 to £45000 per annum

About the role: 

The Senior Manager will lead, inspire, develop and support a comprehensive range of quality services for people on the autism spectrum. Ensuring that services managed meet and exceed quality and professional standards at all times. 

The postholder will be an Ambassador for the organisation and a positive role model for our client's services, they will operate and advocate the Highest Professional Standards. 

This is a new position and exciting opportunity which will require the successful person to work in partnership with the people we support, service commissioners, third sector, private and all statutory agency’s operational leads. 

About you: 

Ideally you will already be working at senior management level and have a strong track record of leadership and development of comprehensive quality services to people on the autism spectrum. You must have the ability to work collaboratively in the co-production of service development and the provision of first class service provision. 

You must be confident working autonomously and be prepared to be part of the organisations out of hours on- call arrangements. 

This role is based at their Head Office in Whitely and will require travel across Hampshire. 

Essential Skills / Experience: 

- QCF level 5 / 6 or equivalent 
- Management Degree or equivalent 
- Knowledge of CQC standards 
- Knowledge relating to care provision that affects adults on the autism spectrum 
- Knowledge of range of services available to meet Individual person centred needs 
- Awareness of local voluntary services and resources available and of benefit to adults 
- Understanding of Autism/Learning Disabilities 
- Knowledge of Mental Capacity Guidelines 
- Excellent communication: Verbal and written 
- Strong networking
