Prospectus are proud to be working exclusively with a children's charity to recruit for a new Fundraising Manager to lead the fundraising function and report directly into the Chief Executive. The role is line managing two members of staff with an overall target of growing charity income from £250,000 to £400,000 per annum by working with Trusts and Foundations, Major Donors, and Corporate Partners. In the last 12 months the charity has grown their delivery by 50% and are seeking an individual to join their team who can help drive their growth aspirations in fundraising.

This role is offered on a permanent basis paying £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and they operate a flexible working policy, which means they only require you to be in the office a minimum of two days a week with the rest from home.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisations fundraising strategy focused primarily on Trusts and Foundations applications, and growing income from Major Donors and developing Corporate Partnerships. You will maintain the relationships with existing funders to a high level and prospect research new funding opportunities.

They are looking for someone who has extensive experience of successfully securing multi-year funding from major grant funders and charitable foundations. You will also have experience and knowledge of securing donations from trust, lottery or European sources. The ideal candidate would also have experience of developing corporate partnerships and building relationships with high net worth individuals.
