HR and Recruitment Advisor
This is a newly created HR and Recruitment Advisor role working for an international charity based in London. Reporting to the Director of HR, you'll be responsible for providing professional and effective HR support to managers and staff in the UK and developing countries they're based in. You'll be required to review and implement HR policies, and procedures and for working on international HR projects including employee engagement and salary review.
You will also be involved in the recruitment and selection process, including job reviews across the UK and international offices, ensuring online recruitment portals, and systems (Cascade) is used correctly and to its full potential.
The most important part of this role is your ability to use excel at an extremely high function. You will need to be able to create graphs, pivot tables and v-lookups. You will also have to be able ato analyse reports and graphs on excel.
Applicants for this role must have prior experience similar role, including HR policy work, and be CIPD qualified. Direct international work within developing countries such as Africa and Asia are essential and is experience of managing consultants and ER cases.
Applicants must ideally be available immediately, but my client is willing to wait for up to 4 weeks for the right candidate. The salary for this role is £40,416, and occasion travel, maximum 2 times a year is part of this role.
