Are you a skilled administrator with experience of working in a busy HR or L&D department? Are you keen to work with a renowned international women's charity?
Your role will be to provide efficient administrative support to the HR and Finance department including diary management and travel arrangements and support the learning & development team
To support the Heads of HR & Finance with various meetings. This includes arranging venues for meetings, refreshments for meetings, taking notes at meetings and drafting minutes for meetings.
-To process invoices and update the budget spreadsheet.
-To administer all employee benefits for the charity, including season ticket loans, eyecare and childcare vouchers.
-To administer employee bonuses and vouchers.
-To prepare and administer the pension information including providing the organisations' pension provider with accurate contribution list.To assist with HR and organisational events such as seasonal recruitment events and staff conference.
-To undertake equal opportunities application monitoring.
-To conduct the exit interviews and provide reports.
-To complete employment and financial references.
-To upload new starter documents to the appropriate databases.
-To ensure new starters have access to staff platforms, including HR.NET and E-learning.
-To respond to queries/problems from employees, line managers, prospective employees and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
-To help resolve issues connected to running a staff conference.
