Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with The Directory of Social Change (DSC) as they look for an outstanding Editor. DSC has helped to make thousands of charities stronger by providing training courses, online funding databases, research, conferences and much more. DSC's aim is to support charities in all areas of what they do. This role will be based in Liverpool where the research team resides.

The post holder will work within the publishing team to support the editing, production and administration of the DSC's publishing programme. You will project manage the editing of new book titles, directories, research reports and reprints including digital publications. Â You will maintain a production schedule and check and maintain quality standards at all stages of the process.

The right candidate will be enthusiastic about the charity sector and have some editorial experience. You will have top notch organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will work calmly under pressure and be motivated by the work that DSC does. Experience of using a CMS and publishing software is desirable.
