Youth Project Coordinator
Ref: 570/YPC
Location: Waterloo office with travel to other offices as required
Contract: 1 year
Salary: Circa £29k

Hours: 37.5 per week

For over 20 years, our client's youth teams have been inspiring young people to lead change, challenge themselves and achieve great things. In 2019, will be offering 100’s more young people exciting social action and learning experiences and you will be central to their success. 

You will:

  • Design and manage the successful delivery of their HeadStart Action and NCS projects to the highest quality, ensuring all young people have the best possible experience.
  • Develop and manage a team of Achievement Coaches and NCS delivery staff.
  • Manage their relationship with funders, ensuring they meet their requirements and their obligations.

You will be highly organised and able to work towards targets and deadlines, while managing your own workload. You’ll be supported in your role by colleagues within their youth and community teams.

They help communities to transform open spaces and support people through training, education and gaining employment, as well as raising awareness of environmental sustainability.
