This famous charity who offers crucial support to people in emotional distress are looking for an experienced Researcher to join the team on a 3-month fixed term contract basis.

Working within the Research and Evaluation team who sit within the External Affairs department, you will support the team to deliver 3 key research projects:

Working closely with the volunteering team, you will undertake analysis and reporting for a volunteer programme, supporting the practical application of the findings
You will undertake an evidence review for the volunteering team, working closely with the inclusion project manager
You will undertake a detailed review of literature to provide an up to date evidence base for the media advisory service offered by the charity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established charity who are value led with a customer focused approach. You will have working experience of scoping, planning and undertaking research with a proven ability to critically assess a variety of evidence, including academic research, grey literature and quantitative data.
