£24,657 - £28,221 P.A plus mileage allowance and benefits
Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week )


Do you have a sound understanding of the challenges faced by low-income families in accessing housing and maintaining tenancies? Or do you have a background in housing management / lettings with a desire to make a real difference and improve people’s lives? They are currently seeking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join their Real Lettings team in Oxford as a Senior Lettings Officer.


Confident and proactive you will provide effective housing and tenancy management for their Oxfordshire National Homelessness Property Fund portfolio. On a daily basis you will offer advice and guidance to the team on complex tenancy matters, and you will ensure high quality advice and support for tenants to fulfil their social impact objectives.


Working closely with the Service Manager and Coordinator you will ensure high performance and effective processes for allocations, assessments, new tenant inductions, rents management, tenancy and move on support.


Experience of working in an Estate Agency environment or in Letting Agent/ housing management would be advantage. Alternatively candidates with a background of working in homelessness or housing services would also be encouraged. In addition transferable skills would be highly beneficial.


This role is full time working Monday - Friday, however depending on workload they can offer flexibility with hours.


You will also need to possess a full UK driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for this role.
