Our vision is to be the partner of choice for the UK’s leading companies and our Corporate Partnerships team has built a significant track record of sustainable income growth managing partnerships with major UK companies including Manchester United, ARM, EasyJet, and Unilever. In 2017 the team raised just under £14m.

We need a tenacious, resilient and creative leader to unlock the full value from our partnerships and effectively manage a team of experienced senior business managers, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.  You will bring a proven track record of developing and maintaining key strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities which incorporate co-creation, collaborative programmatic design and collective resource planning.

The ability to develop and secure new partnerships at the £1 million per year level is more important than your sector background and we are open to applications from credible candidates from both the charity and private sectors. A strategic thinker, you will have high emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills and will be adept at operating in complex and challenging organisations.
