Prospectus is thrilled to be closely supporting an incredibly dedicated Community and Volunteer Team with this contractual appointment at London's Air Ambulance, the charity providing advanced trauma care across the capital. You will immerse themselves within a broad yet dynamic position that has the specific focus of supporting with administrative, logistical and customer centred support. This is an opportunity for a period of six months which may have the potential to be extended or become a permanent role.

Reporting to the Head of Community and Volunteering, you will diligently respond to a range of fundraising enquiries and requests in a timely and thoughtful manner that always prioritises the supporter, donor or volunteer you are engaged with. Administrative duties will include processing and maintaining records of donations and supporter information, however more broadly you will have the opportunity to provide assistance with a range of events and presentations. Additionally, you will have the chance to help the team in the production of fundraising literature as well as some marketing collateral that will be delivered across their social channels such as Twitter, Facebook and their website.

With demonstrable administrative experience you will have worked within a busy team in a collaborative office environment, previously working for a charity or within a fundraising team would be desired however this is not essential. A strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues that will support the success of the team is absolutely crucial. As well as a proactive, driven and flexible in your approach you will have the ability to turn your hand to a number of tasks while managing your time and workload effectively .
