£30,188 per annum

They are are currently looking for an experienced Housing professional to provide an effective and flexible housing management service between 3 patches (and for a specific patch when there is absence / leave). You will be involved in a range of generic housing matters to include new lettings, tenant welfare and rent arrears control. You will also assist with anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes.

The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience in a housing management service with a social landlord or local authority. You will have previously been responsible for resolving cases of anti social behaviour and of rent arrears recovery. You should also have up to date knowledge of welfare benefit and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
