Circa £35,000 + Car Allowance 

Our client is a dynamic and ambitious 18,000 unit Housing Association based in Bedford and operating throughout the Oxford to Cambridge growth corridor. The organisation employs 400 people, has an annual turnover in excess of £120m and a development programme that will see it build around 3,000 new homes over the next five years making it one of the top 25 of developing associations.

They are currently recruiting for a Housing Manager to manage a team of dispersed housing officers. Building and maintaining positive working relationships both internally and externally, you will develop area plans to address neighbourhood and wider issues. 

Using your excellent people management skills, you will have experience of/or aspiring to manage and lead a dispersed team within a tenancy or neighbourhood environment. 

The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of housing related legislation and core housing management services. You will be accustomed to working in partnership with external organisations such as local authorities and will have good knowledge of the issues that can arise.
